ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. A perusal of the previous zimni orders depict that complainant did not appear on 17.10.2023, 23.08.2023 and 24.07.2023. OP No.1 could not be served for want of correct address. So, the complainant was directed to furnish the correct address of OP No.1, but neither complainant has turned up nor correct address of OP No.1 has been furnished despite grant of sufficient opportunity. Repeated non appearance and non compliance of the order of this commission indicates that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
