Complainant present. 2^nd opposite party also present. Matter settled between the parties in adalath. 2^nd opposite party agreed to refund an amount of Rs. 68,000/- to the complainant within 30 days . Complainant directed to return the defective T.V. to the 2^nd opposite party simultaneously.

Hence the complaint stands settled and dismissed. If the 2^nd opposite party is failing which an interest @ 12% p.a. carry in the above said amount.
