This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to return a sum of Rs.100/- being the amount paid by the complainant for sending the parcel; to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards the expense of sending legal notice to the opposite parties; to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- by way of compensation for mental torture, hardship, inconvenience and agony undergone by her; and for costs of this proceedings. 

3. Today this complaint was called.Both the parties and both counsels present.Counsel for complainant filed memo stating that the matter is amicably settled out of court and prays for dismissal as not pressed.Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed.No cost.
