Mr.Prasad Apte-Advocate for the complainant is present.  He has filed application calculating interest till filing of the complaint as per order of this Forum dated 14^th October, 2015. He has calculated interest Rs.2,02,500/- till filing of the complaint.  After calculating this interest, the claim of the complainant comes to Rs.5 Lakhs for medical expenses, Rs.15 Lakhs for Compensation and Rs.2,02,500/- for interest till filing of the complaint.  The total claim comes to Rs.22,02,500/-.  It exceeds the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum. The learned advocate for the complainant has submitted that the Forum may pass necessary orders.  As the claim exceeds the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum, the complaint is returned to the complainant for presenting it before the appropriate Forum/ Commission. The complainant should take away the original complaint within fifteen days from today.
