ORDER

At the time of arguments, it is stated that the matter has amicably been settled and it is agreed between the parties that the Opposite Party will refund an amount of Rs.85,48,442/-, which includes agreed interest, to the complainants. It is further stated that the TDS to the extent of Rs.4,31,229/- shall be deducted out of the above said amount. The total amount to be refunded, after deducting TDS, will come to Rs.81,17,213/-. It is further stated that half of the above amount of Rs.81,17,213/- will be paid through demand draft to the complainants within one month from today and the balance half will be paid within two months from the date of payment of first installment. It is further agreed that in case commitment made is not honoured, the complainants will be entitled to get their amount refunded with interest @15% from the date of respective deposits made and the order passed today shall be deemed to have become an executable decree and it can be executed by the complainants as per law.

                    In view of above settlement, the complaint stands disposed of.

                    Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
