ORDER

At the time of arguments, copy of settlement, arrived at between the complainant and Opposite Parties No.1 & 2, has been placed on record.

                   In terms of above settlement, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   The terms and conditions of the settlement shall become an executable decree.

                   It is made clear that in case settlement is not honoured, the complainants will be at liberty to make prayer to this Commission for grant of higher rate of interest.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
