     OPs have filed an application for dismissal of the present consumer complaint in view of the law laid down in Amrish Kumar Shukla vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Private Limited in CC/97/2016 decided on 07.10.2016 by a Three Member Bench of Hon’ble National Commission. Copy given to the other side.

     In view of the separately recorded statement of Sh.Parvesh Ahuja,Complainant in person alongwith Sh.Devinder Singh Soundh,Counsel for Complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action before the appropriate Forum/Court/Authority having pecuniary jurisdiction in the matter.
