If the price of the unit, in question, and other reliefs claimed are added together, in terms of ratio of judgments passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in the cases of AMBRISH KUMAR SHUKLA & 21 ORS. Vs. FERROUS INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD., Consumer Case No.97 of 2016, decided on 07.10.2016 & M/s OMAXE CHANDIGARH EXTENSION DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED & ORS. Vs. LALITHA SAINI, First Appeal No.1364 of 2017, decided on 21.08.2017,  the total amount will go beyond Rs.1 Crore.

                   Faced with this situation, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one with better particulars, before this Commission or before the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, to the complainant, excluding zimini orders, within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
