When we add amount of total relief claimed by the complainant including price of the unit, in question, it will cross figure of Rs.1 crore.

                   Faced with the situation, proxy Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one by giving better particulars. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
