At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled between the parties.

                    It is stated by Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Party that the Opposite Party will return the principal amount of Rs.44,97,112/- to the complainant with interest @12% p.a. (simple). The interest will be calculated up-to 31.08.2016 and total amount of Rs.77,04,619/- shall be paid on or before 31.08.2016 through a demand draft.

                    Sh. Mukand Gupta, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant, on getting instructions from the complainant,  states that the offer made is acceptable to him provided some amount is granted towards compensation and litigation expenses.

                    In view of consensus arrived at between the parties, this complaint is disposed of. The Opposite Party is directed to make payment of the amount, as stated above, to the complainant up-to 31.08.2016 alongwith an amount of Rs.1 lac on account of compensation and litigation charges. The said amount be also paid by the date mentioned above. It is made clear that in case the entire amount is not paid by 31.08.2016 then the amount awarded will get interest @15% p.a. from 31.08.2016 onwards till payment is made.

                    Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
