          The complainant has filed the instant complaint under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 wherein he has requested for issuing directions to the opposite parties to deliver the possession of the allotted apartment after fully completing the basic development works. Further grant of compensation on various counts was also asked for.

2.      Shri Prasang Raheja, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and has filed the Power of Attorney.  He further states that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the instant complaint.

3.      The complaint is hereby dismissed as having been withdrawn.
