Apparently, when we looked into the total cost of the product/unit, total compensation claimed and interest etc., it will cross figure of Rs.1 crore. Therefore, this Commission has no pecuniary jurisdiction to try and entertain this complaint.

                   In view of above, this complaint stands dismissed with liberty to the complainants to file it before the proper Commission.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainants.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
