After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it again by giving better particulars.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
