Consumer Complaint No.199 of 2015

 

Pardeep Kumar son of Sh. Chodhary Ram R/o House No.3137, Gurudev Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab.

1. M/s Emaar MGF Land Limited, Corporate Office at ECE House, 28, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi through its Managing Director.
2. M/s Emaar MGF Land Limited, SCO No.120-122, First Floor, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh through its Managing Director or Authorized Representative.

ORDER

             This matter has been settled. It is agreed between the parties that entire amount paid by the complainant shall be returned to him with interest @12% p.a. from the respective dates, when the deposit was made.     The total amount as per calculation sheet shall be paid in three equated installments of Rs.10,92,202/- each. First installment shall be made on 03.02.2016, second and third installments will be paid on 03.03.2016 and 03.04.2016 respectively. Upon receipt of the amount, as referred to above, the complainant shall return all the original documents.

2.         The complainant is satisfied with the aforesaid arrangement.

3.         In view of the above compromise, the complaint stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that in case commitment made by the Opposite Parties to make the payment is not honoured, liberty shall remain with the complainant to file a fresh complaint and in that event, very heavy compensation will be ordered against the Opposite Parties.

4.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
