ORDER

                   

                    When we look into the file, price of the product, in question, is Rs.70,54,201/- and the complainants are claiming compensation to that extent of more than Rs.47 lacs. If we club both of the components together, as per ratio of the judgment passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in the case of AMBRISH KUMAR SHUKLA & 21 ORS. Vs. FERROUS INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD., Consumer Case No.97 of 2016, decided on 07.10.2016, the total amount exceeds our pecuniary jurisdiction.

                   Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it before the competent Fora.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, to the complainants, within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
