It is an admitted fact that claiming same or similar relief, a complaint was filed before State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Dakshin Marg, Sector 37-A, Chandigarh, on 16.04.2012. The said complaint was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, taking note of the fact that value of the claim raised was more than Rs.1 crores and liberty was provided to the complainant to file fresh complaint to the same cause of action before the appropriate Forum.

                 Now this complaint has been filed again before us by decreasing some claims raised.

                 We feel that it is not open to us to hear this complaint. It will be better if complaint be filed before the Commission concerned, where, previous Consumer Complaint bearing No.27 of 2012 was filed.

                 In view of the above, this complaint stands disposed of.

                 Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
