It is an admitted fact that claiming same or similar relief, a complaint was filed before State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Dakshin Marg, Sector 37-A, Chandigarh, on 16.03.2015. The said complaint was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn and liberty was provided to the complainant to file fresh complaint to the same cause of action.

                 Now this complaint has been filed again before us.

                 We feel that it is not open to us to hear this complaint. It will be better if complaint be filed before the Commission concerned, where, previous Consumer Complaint bearing No.57 of 2015 was filed.

                 In view of the above, this complaint stands disposed of.
