Counsel for the complainants has placed on record affidavit of complainant No.1, which is taken on record. Copy of the same has been supplied to the Counsel opposite.

                    The property is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

                    Faced with this situation, Counsel for the complainants, on getting instructions from Sh. Harish Gupta, complainant No.1, who is present in Court, wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to approach the proper Fora.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
