Consumer Complaint No.233 of 2015

 

Birinder Takhar wife of Harjit Singh, House No.34, Sector 8-A, Chandigarh.

1. M/s Emaar MGF Land Limited, ECE House, 28 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi – 110001 through its Managing Director.
2. Branch Manager, M/s Emaar MGF Land Limited, SCO 120-122, Ist Floor, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh.

ORDER

           

            It is stated by Counsel  for the Opposite Parties that possession of the plot, in dispute, shall be handed over to the complainant within one month from today. Besides as above, an amount of Rs.2,53,000/- (Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation) shall be paid to the complainant towards full and final settlement of her all claims, within 15 days, from today. The liability, if any, towards maintenance charges, execution of the sale deed, the same shall be discharged by the complainant.

2.         The statement made is acceptable to the Counsel  for the complainant.

3.         Counsel  for the complainant and Counsel  for the Opposite Parties will fix agreed date to get possession at the spot.

4.         In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of. However, liberty shall remain with the complainant to file a fresh complaint and in case, the Opposite Parties failed to honour their commitment, in that event, very heavy compensation shall be awarded in favour of the complainant.

5.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
