The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. Notice was sent to the complainant on 05.04.2022 and is seen served on 11.04.2022 as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant is continuously absent since 16-03-2020 onwards. Hence the Commission has issued the notice to the complainant to appear and to furnish the correct address of the opposite party, but the complainant has not yet furnish the same till now. So many chances were given to the complainant for the same. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. Hence the complaint is closed as the ‘default of the complainant’.
