No one appears on behalf of the complainant even on the second call. It appears that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting this complaint. Otherwise also, as per the allegations in the complaint the complainant had booked a commercial office space. Therefore the deficiency in service if any relates to the commercial purpose as such the complainant does not fall within the definition of consumer and is not entitled to maintain a consumer complaint. -2- Complaint is therefore dismissed.
