ORDER

 

                    At the time of arguments, very gracefully one offer was made by the Counsel for the respondents that the Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) for the years 2015-2016 and up-to 11^th July, 2017 will be waived of as a goodwill gesture, in case, the appellant/complainant agrees to withdraw this appeal.

                   The offer made is acceptable to the appellant.

                   The respondents/Opposite Parties will pay an amount of Rs.40,000/-, as awarded by the Forum below, within three weeks from today through a cheque/demand draft, failing which, the said amount shall start carrying interest @12% p.a. till the time payment is not made.

                   With concurrence of both the parties and in view of aforesaid terms, this appeal stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge
