ORDER

                   Sh. B.L. Sharma, counsel for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “Without going in to the merit of case, the OPs offer to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today in full and final settlement of the dispute on humanitarian ground, the complainant being sick”. 

                   Sh. Devinder Kumar, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer.   I withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e.31.08.2016, failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
