Mr. Dinesh Maurya, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a fresh on the same cause of action before the appropriate authority. His statement in this regard recorded separately.
2. In pursuance of respective statement suffered by Mr. Dinesh Maurya, learned counsel for the appellant, present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. As learned counsel for the appellant could not disclose as to which other authority happens to be the appropriate authority. So, no such liberty as desired can be allowed.
3. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
