Both parties represented, Both parties submitted that the matter is settled between parties and Joint Statement filed by the parties. As per the terms of settlement, the opposite party is agreed to pay Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of the Order from the Forum and also agreed to pay nominal interest thereafter. Hence the complaint is closed with such terms and conditions.
