Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 26.07.2019. Complainant is not appearing for last two dates of hearing i.e. 28.04.2023 and 27.09.2023. On 27.09.2023 last opportunity was given to complainant to place on record the tracking report. Today also complainant has not appeared. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
