This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to refund the advance amount of Rs.50,000/- received on 14.03.2018 and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for mental tension /agony, physical torture and discomfort and financial strain and loss with cost of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant.

The complainant appeared in person and made an endorsement. In view of the endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn since the opposite party made payment.
