Present:       Complainant in person alongwith Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate.                                       Sh. Bhavesh Taneja, AR of the OPs.

 

                    Complainant appeared and made a statement that as per compromise dated 29.03.2022, all the cheques given by the respondents have been cleared and the complainant does not want to persue with the present complaint. Hence, the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

            In view of the statement made by complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
