                                                ORDER

NARESH KATYAL, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

          This complaint has been received by way of assignment dated 06.10.2023 of Hon’ble Principle Bench. It came up for hearing today before this Bench. Sh. Rohit Rana, Advocate appeared on behalf of complainant and suffered following statement on oath:-

“I have instructions to state that: the genesis of dispute involved in this complaint has been amicably settled by complainant with opposite parties. The grievance of complainant has been redressed in full. Accordingly, as per instructions from complainant I withdraw this complaint.”

 

2.      As flowing consequence, in the light of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, this complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn; matter involved in this complaint having being compromised between parties to this lis. It is ordered accordingly.

3.      A copy of this order be provided to both parties, free of cost, as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 1986/2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties. Complaint file be consigned.
