Present:     None for the complaint.

        No one has appeared on behalf of the complaint. Even for the past two dates of hearing also i.e. on 9.5.14 and 19.11.14 none had appeared for the complainant.

        Ld. Counsel for OP has submitted that compliance as are prayed in this complaint has been done by the OP after filing of the complaint. It is stated that even the allotment has been registered in favour of the complainant.

        It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  The complaint is, therefore, dismissed for non appearance.
