The complaint was filed under section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The service of notice to the opposite party no 2 is not completed for want of the correct address. Hence, the commission issued a notice to the complainant on 21-03 -23 to furnish the correct address of the opposite party no 2. The notice sent to the complainant is seen served as per the proof of the Postal Department. The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint. So many chances were given to the complainant. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. Hence the complaint is closed as dismissed.
