ORDER

Judgment/Order:

The brief of the complaint is that the complainant has procured torch light bulb from the opp. party M/s Bipul Bose, Pasighat by paying Rs.6 against printed price of Rs.3. Aggrieved by this over charging the complainant has filed this case. 

After going through the documentary evidence submitted by the complainant and hearing the statement of both the parties, the forum directed the opp. party to refund the amount which was charged excess of the printed price. the case is stand disposed.
