Both counsels present. Complainant no.1 and official of OP personally present. Learned counsel for OP handed over DD of Rs.10,26,525/- drawn on Axis Bank bearing no.011826/04.07.2023 to Smt.G.R.Radha/Complainant no.1.

In view of settlement of dispute between parties and to that affect filed memo of compromise, Commission perused, found satisfied to record terms of compromise. Accordingly recorded and disposed of complaint as settled.
