As per report of Ahlmad, Notice were sent to OPs No.1 to 8 by Regd.Post on 19.04.2023, notice were received back from OPs No.1 to 4 with report "Left" and Notices were received back from OPs No.5 to 8 with report that "Un-claimed". Case was adjourned for service of OPs No.1 to 8 on furnishing correct address of OPs, but the addresses of OPs were not found correct.

On 16.06.2023, Counsel for complainant filed application under order 5 rule 20 CPC for substituted service of OPs by way of publication in the newspaper "The Tribune". Thereafter from 16.06.2023 to 01.04.2024, case was adjourned for service of OPs through publication notice, on depositing publication fees in this Commission, but the complainant has not deposited publication fees for publication notice OP's No.1 to 8.

On 03.05.2024, Counsel for the Complainant has withdrawn the application dated 08.12.2023 for issuing the summons to OPs No.1 to 8 due to technical reason. Case was being adjourned fixed for service of OPs No.1 to 8 on furnishing correct address of OPs. Since 31.5.2024 till today, correct address of OP's No.1 to 8 were not filed by the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing the complaint. Hence, the present complaint is dismissed U/o 9 rule 2 CPC for not filing correct address of OP's. File be consigned to the record room.
