The complaint was filed under section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The complainant is continuously absent since 22-12-2021. Hence, the commission issued notice on 01.04.2023 to the complainant for appearance and to adduce evidence. The notice sent to the complainant is seen served as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. So many chances were given to the complainant to adduce evidence.
The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint.
Hence the complaint is closed as dismissed.
