None appeared on behalf of the Complianant. L/C  for OP 1,2,3 and 4 Miss W Lyngdoh is present. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties who have submitted that this matter is pending before this Forum for about 6 years. The complainant has remained absent since 17.05.2018  and as such this clearly indicates that the Complainant is no longer interested to pursue this complaint. It is prayed that this complaint may be dismissed  on perusal of the record. It appeares that the Complainant has indeed absented himself from these proceedings since 17.05.2018.

Accordingly this complaint is hereby dismissed for non prosecution. Matter disposed off.
