Complainant counsel and opposite party counsel present files a memorandum of settlement, wherein opposite party has to pay Rs.17.00,000/- either in one go 7 monthly installment and agreed to transfer the amount to the account of the complainant. In view of this, complainant is allowed as per the memorandum of settlement.
