                     None for the parties to this  complaint petition. As per office note dated 3-2-2023 intimation was duly given to Mr. N. Das, learned counsel, who filed vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant. However, there is no representation on behalf of the said counsel for the complainant. As steps are being taken and the matter is pending since the year, 2015, it seems that complainant has lost interest in further pursuing the matter.
