ORDER

     Counsel for Complainant has made statement in the shape of endorsement on the order sheet itself that she withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to file a fresh complaint with the appropriate authority. In view of the said statement in the shape of endorsement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to file fresh complaint before the appropriate authority.
