Case called several times since morning, but none has turned up for the complainants. Since the complainants have not been attending the court since 30.09.2016 and was granted an opportunity to appear on 30.09.2016, 09.11.2016, 07.12.2016 and for today i.e. 10.01.2017 through notice sent by registered post, it appears that complainants are not interested in pursuing the present complaint. Hence, this complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
