ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat.

     We have perused the application filed on behalf of complainants for withdrawal of the present consumer complaint and placing on record the compromise in the shape of affidavit of the complainants to confirm the compromise arrived between the parties. The application is allowed. The joint affidavit of the complainants is taken on record. In view of this application, accompanied with joint affidavit of complainants for confirmation of settlement, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn in term of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
