     Case taken up today in view of the application dated 22.12.2016 filed by complainant for withdrawal of his complaint.

     In view of the request made in the aforesaid application dated 22.12.2016 as well as statement in the shape of endorsement made by the complainant on the order sheet itself, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the complainant to file fresh complaint before the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.
