It is stated on behalf of complainant that he wants to withdraw the present complaint on the ground that this Forum does not have pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain the complaint, in the light of Ambrish Kumar Shukla and Ors. Vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Case no. 97 of 2016, decided by Hon’ble NCDRC on 07/10/2016 with liberty to file the same as per law. Heard.

In view of the above submission made on behalf of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same as per law. Office is directed to return the complaint along with all the documents after retaining the copy of same for records. The particulars of the present complaint in the light of the judgment of Hon’ble NCDRC in the matter of Tushar Batra& Anr. Vs. M/s Unitech Limited decided on 26/04/2017, caseno-299of 2014 are as follows.
