ORDER

     Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. A perusal of the previous zimni orders reveal that complainant is not turning up for the past since long. A notice was sent to the complainant through registered post for today, but the same has been received back with the remark ‘unclaimed’. It appears that complainant is deliberately avoiding the service and he is not interested in pursuing the matter any further. Since complainant has not turned up, so this complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution on the part of the complainant.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
