Statement of Dr.Vinod Jindal son of Sh.Kapoor Jindal,Resident of h.No.19114,Street No.10,Bibiwala Road,Bathinda on oath. I have received demand draft No.845219 dated 8.2.08 of State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur for Rs.9000/- from opposite party No.1. I have also received Rs.1400/- in cash from opposite party No.1. My claim stands satisfied. This complaint under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act,1986 may be dismissed as fully satisfied.
