ORDER

            The authorized representative of the complainants made statement that the complainants have already received a cheque of Rs.30,000/- each and today he has received draft of Rs.3432/- bearing No.188153, dated 19.7.2011 drawn on HDFC Bank favouring complainant No.1 and draft of Rs.3432/- bearing No.188154, dated 19.7.2011 drawn on HDFC Bank favouring complainant No.2 and Rs.500/- in cash from Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OPs, towards full and final settlement of the claim and hence he withdraws the present complaint subject to realization of cheques in question. Such statement has been recorded separately. Copy of drafts retained on the Court file.

            In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn subject to realization of cheques in question.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
