ORDER

         Proxy counsel for appellant and counsel for the respondent present.    Counsel for the respondent has filed deed of settlement on record and in view of the said deed the matter has been settled and disposed of. As per clause-VI of the said settlement the bank guarantee which had been furnished by the respondent in favour of the first party in the State Commission shall stand cancelled, released and returned to the respondent.

 

          The matter stands disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to cost.
