          None appears for complainant from 23.01.2024 to till date. 

2.       We have perused the records. 

3.       The pleadings of the complainant discloses that, the complainant is an Employee of Opposite Party and salary was fixed at Rs.18,000-00 per month.  The complainant has to look after the entire affairs of the construction work of the OP.  In this regard, the Opposite Party executed a special power of attorney in favour of the complainant.  During the course of work, the complainant took a rented land and rent of Rs.3,000/- has been fixed.  The complainant has taken the possession of the land on 28.12.2021.  Thereafter the Opposite Party failed to pay the rent to the landlord and salary to the complainant.  Hence, the complainant claims Rs.1,49,400/- as salary arrears and Rs.40,000-00 towards rent arrears from Opposite Party with interest @ 18% p.a. and Rs.5,00,000/- as damages due to deficiency in service.  To claim salary and rent arrears, there are separate Authorities are established.

5.       In view of the above facts, we are of the opinion that, the above disputes does not come under the purview of the Consumer Protection Act.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed at the stage of admission.
