ORDER

 

 

  1. Prayer made in the miscellaneous application preferred by the complainants is for withdrawal of the complaint.
  2. Counsel for the complainants states that in the complaint notice stand issued to the opposite parties. However till date, none of the opposite parties has filed the written version. It is however stated that during the pendency of the complaint, it has come to the knowledge of the complainants that the project of the opposite parties is nearing completion and occupation certificate has been applied for the said purpose.
  3. In view of the above development, it would be just and proper for the complainants to withdraw the complaint.
  4. Resultantly, the miscellaneous application is allowed and the complaint is dismissed as having been withdrawn.
  5. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  6. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
  7. File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
