Learned counsel for parties state that order of State Commission cannot be sustained and the same be set aside and case remitted back for  a fresh decision in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to both the parties.  In view of the statement made, order is set aside and case remitted back to decide it afresh in accordance with law.

               Counsel for the parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 19.04.2011, for directions.

                Since these are old cases, we request the State Commission to dispose of the appeal(s) within four months from the date of appearance of the parties/counsel.
